Women TIES is proud to help promote the 2018 Seneca Falls Revisited: A Woman's Equality Conference and Retreat.
Documented some 170 years ago, women like Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Tubman, and feminist men like Frederick Douglass and many, many others were awakened to this activism, manifesting their voices in the historic "Temperance" and "Abolitionist" movements. This awareness and understanding validated that women "holistically" - regardless of race, heritage and culture - have endemic common values steeped in what all Americans have defined and revered as their inalienable rights.
Join us August 23-26 in Rochester, NY where we will inaugurate "Seneca Falls Revisited: A Women's Equality Weekend". This is an intergenerational celebration of Women, Family and Friends.

About the Presenter
New York State Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul was elected in 2014.
Prior to her role as a statewide official, she was elected at both the Federal and local level – she was a Member of Congress in New York's 26th Congressional District, served as Erie County Clerk, and began her career in public office on her local town board. The Lieutenant Governor chairs the Governor Cuomo's Regional Economic Development Councils, which have reinvented economic development by empowering local leaders in business and academia, not bureaucrats in Albany. This strategy has brought more jobs than ever before to New York State. As the highest ranking female elected official in New York State, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul is committed inspiring a new generation of women to enter public service or aspire to leadership within their chosen field through the #NYWomenLead initiative.
The Lieutenant Governor spearheads the Administration's key efforts to advance gender equality, including the Enough is Enough campaign to combat sexual assault on college campuses and efforts to eliminate the wage gap. In 2016, she was elected chair of New York State's Women's Suffrage Centennial Commission.
Women TIES President Tracy Chamberlain Higginbotham, will make her speaking return after a medical sabbatical at the 2018 Seneca Falls Revisited: A Woman's Equality Conference & Retreat, a four day conference to gather women interested in learning, bonding, reflecting and strategizing for the Centennial celebration of the 19th Amendment in 2020.
Tracy will speak on Saturday, August 25, 2018 during the afternoon workshops being held from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Her workshop is entitled:
The Workshop Description is:
To impact and change the world for the better, women of all ages, races, backgrounds, religions, careers and personal passions, need to step up, identify their own pink light and start making a powerful impact in their own unique way.Only when women illuminate their personal passionate causes, make promises, take action, and shed the light with other women, can the world turn pink for the benefit of all.
Tracy Chamberlain Higginbotham, President of Women TIES, LLC, Founder of the Women's Athletic Network and Women TIES Equality Division, will make you think powerfully pink in this workshop. You'll discover what moves your feminist heart, determine how to make a personal impact, set promises to move forward and identify other women to help you.
If you are ready to do something today to turn the world pink, where women are equivalent to men in all aspects of business, sports, equality and life, then then come to this workshop and walk out with your own plan of action.
The cost of the weekend event is $99 for 1 through 3 days! Visit to make your reservation to attend: https://crewomen.org/2018-conference-speakers
