Coming Home to Yourself: A Women's Renewal Retreat will be held from August 10-12, 2018 at the Himalayan Institute, nestled in the beautiful hills of the Poconos.

We can easily lose ourselves in a world of obligations, expectations, and roles. Who are we?
What matters most to us? What are we here to do, to create? Who do we want to be? And, what gifts do we bring to the world? We push to care for others, to fulfill expectations, perhaps giving beyond our reserves, and we find ourselves feeling worn out, drained, and depleted. We know we need to find a way to nourish and care for ourselves.

Retreat offers a time to replenish so that we are better able to show up to the people and responsibilities in our lives. It gives us time to honor ourselves deeply and powerfully within a circle of like-minded women.

In this wonderfully relaxing and fulfilling retreat, we will:

- Slow down, quiet down, and tune in to connect
with our inner wisdom and guidance
- Be with life as it is right now, in this moment
- Have space for reflection, rest, and renewal
- Cultivate a foundation of self-care, self-compassion, and self-honoring
- Strengthen the ground we stand on as we discover the peace, power, and joy that is available in an authentically-lived life

When we come home to ourselves, we strengthen our reserves and lean into our inner wisdom and true guidance. We are less easily rattled by outer happenings and more quickly return to balance when we are. When we come home to ourselves, we are better able to bring forth our gifts
and to live a fuller expression of who we were born to be.

For OFFICIALLY register for this event you must visit and register on: http://www.inspiredpossibility.com/august-2018-retreat.html.

If you register on the Women TIES website, we will forward your reservation to Inspired Possibility for payment information and confirmation.

She is committed to helping you open to possibility, create peace, and find purpose in your life as you become more and more deeply who you were born to be.

She is committed to helping you find a way to do all of this without any more striving, driving, or pushing because I know we already have enough of that in our lives!

2018 Seneca Falls Revisited: A Woman's Equality Conference & Retreat

Kathy Hochul Featuring:
Kathy Hochul
Lt. Governor
New York State

Thursday, August 23, 2018
8 a.m.
Hyatt Regency Hotel, Rochester, NY

Reservations due:  August 23

$99.00  (Adult Fee)
$50.00  (Student Fee)

Women TIES is proud to help promote the 2018 Seneca Falls Revisited: A Woman's Equality Conference and Retreat.

Documented some 170 years ago, women like Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Tubman, and feminist men like Frederick Douglass and many, many others were awakened to this activism, manifesting their voices in the historic "Temperance" and "Abolitionist" movements. This awareness and understanding validated that women "holistically" - regardless of race, heritage and culture - have endemic common values steeped in what all Americans have defined and revered as their inalienable rights.

We celebrate this milestone through the launching of a series of freedom-based events as we march toward 2020 emphasizing our triumphs and strengths. We have "come a long way baby," and despite the convoluted path, we emerge like swans - a bit scarred yet whole, intact and ready to face a brave new world.

Join us August 23-26 in Rochester, NY where we will inaugurate "Seneca Falls Revisited: A Women's Equality Weekend". This is an intergenerational celebration of Women, Family and Friends.
All are welcome to share, be inspired and network as we celebrate our victories, commonalities and differences.

About the Presenter

New York State Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul was elected in 2014.

Prior to her role as a statewide official, she was elected at both the Federal and local level – she was a Member of Congress in New York's 26th Congressional District, served as Erie County Clerk, and began her career in public office on her local town board. The Lieutenant Governor chairs the Governor Cuomo's Regional Economic Development Councils, which have reinvented economic development by empowering local leaders in business and academia, not bureaucrats in Albany. This strategy has brought more jobs than ever before to New York State. As the highest ranking female elected official in New York State, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul is committed inspiring a new generation of women to enter public service or aspire to leadership within their chosen field through the #NYWomenLead initiative.

The Lieutenant Governor spearheads the Administration's key efforts to advance gender equality, including the Enough is Enough campaign to combat sexual assault on college campuses and efforts to eliminate the wage gap. In 2016, she was elected chair of New York State's Women's Suffrage Centennial Commission.
