The Women's Athletic Network needs women to join our mailing list for sports events and adventures. 2024 is the year for YOU to join Tracy and other women trying new sports and outside adventures once in their lifetime. At least once a month, starting in January, we will be planning sporting, fitness, adventure, and athletic-supportive events for females looking to up their risk level, network with other women in a fun, casual way, and change up their regular activity habits! The mean age of our followers is 50-70 years young, the perfect time to get out and try something new while establishing new bonds with cool women interested in business and sports. In order to build the right email list to move forward, we need anyone interested to click "reserve" and fill in the information, pay the $25 newsletter fee. In the comment section, list a sport or adventure you have been wanting to try and we'll try to get it planned. For 2024, we will be doing minimally: Hiking in the Winter 100 Challenge - All over including Lake Placid Climbing - Possibly Inside Wall Climbing to Start in the Mohawk Valley SnoYoga - February in Rochester Curling (a repeat asked for sport) - In Rochester Cross Country Skiing - in CNY WakeSurfing - in Canandiauga Skydiving - Near Poughkeepsie Fencing - In Syracuse Roller Derby - In Rome About the Presenter Born to the parents of two physical education teachers and coaches, Tracy's birthright was to be a sports lover. SEDCO Financing Opportunity for Syracuse Woman Entrepreneurs
Syracuse Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) offers permanent and special lending programs for small businesses located within the City of Syracuse limits. In order to help address the economic challenges and hardship experienced by the small business community in Syracuse since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, SEDCO is establishing a new funding prog ram to provide financial support to small businesses: Micro-Enterprise Assistance, Small Business Assistance, and the Community Impact Fund. The goal of these funds is to enable Syracuse businesses to continue to operate and assist with pursuing new investment opportunities to adapt to the changing economic landscape. The program is designed to promote local economic recovery, encourage consumer confidence and access local products and services provided by City businesses.
